Tania specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on technical disputes. She has particular expertise in aviation law, construction and engineering and product liability.

Tania represents both local and international underwriters in disputes arising in the aviation industry, including accident claims, aviation insurance, liability and product liability, lease termination and aircraft repossession and the enforcement of security documents. She has represented major international manufacturers of pharmaceuticals in product liability cases relating to medicines, including anesthetics, anti-retrovirals and other medicines, and medical devices. She acts for major construction companies as well as multi-nationals providing ancillary services to the construction industry. She has experience in litigation and arbitration on JBCC, MBSA Domestic Sub-contract Agreement and FIDIC Conditions of Contract as well as in terms of the ICC Rules for arbitration.
