Stephen established and heads up the practice area of competition law, where he has successfully acted in numerous local and international merger approvals, prohibited practice litigation and other anti-trust advisory work.

His experience also includes acting for multi-national firms on a range of corporate and commercial agreements, including mergers and acquisitions.
