The significant capital, high risk and long lead times involved in energy projects raise challenges that call for a multidisciplinary approach. Whether the project is a modest cogeneration project, a massive investment in solar, wind or geothermal power systems, installing a smart grid or acquiring a pebble bed, Bell Dewar provides stakeholders with an integrated service.
The firm has experience in a wide range of energy project related agreements, including power purchase agreements, electricity wheeling agreements and connection agreements, as well as with FIDIC based EPC and turnkey construction contracts and interfacing with governmental authorities and regulatory agencies.
