Since the early 1990's, Bell Dewar has been actively involved in the hospitality industry, advising clients on the various environmental and commercial aspects associated with the industry. This includes the consideration of the latest environmental and other legislation aimed at promoting sustainable development. We assist our clients in negotiating the competing interests of resources, sustainability and commercial profitability.

In this regard, we have assisted clients in the establishment of developments, promoting conservation and the managing of renewable and non-renewable resources. Andrew Leontsinis sits as a trustee and advises the Wilderness Wildlife Trust both in South Africa and Botswana.
