The dispute resolution team focuses on disputes in the Aviation, Construction and Engineering, Entertainment and Media, including the Arts, Financial Services, Mining and Medicines and Pharmaceuticals industries. They also do a wide range of commercial litigation. The team is independent, strong minded and relies on a range of different skills and expertise within its ranks. Particular attention is paid to disputes between commercial entities and the State and there is a strong focus on Administrative and Constitutional law.

They seek to achieve early and efficient resolution of disputes without prolonged proceedings by evaluating the merits up front; identifying key issues; setting budgets; establishing time frames; reviewing progress; and charging fees only for value-added services.
