Our commercial property group's services include: advise and preparation of sale, lease, development, residents association and property financing agreements; title due diligence investigations; township and sectional title scheme establishment; the establishment and monitoring of Virtual Data Rooms for property portfolios and high value and large scale property transfers

The group has acted for the Mines Pension Fund, Regus Property Group, Doornkop Fish & Wildlife Reserve, Eagle Properties, the Catholic Diocese and all major banks in commercial and residential property projects. The group has also acted for many private, listed and multinational corporations by securing premises, providing on-going commercial property advice and negotiating development leases.

Our group is on the attorneys' residential bond panel of ABSA Bank, Standard Bank, Nedbank, FNB and Investec Private Bank.
