Blaize is a specialist at debt restructuring, project and mining tax and power projects. He has experience in advising major companies and financial institutions on international and domestic tax issues, the structuring of international resource and power projects and negotiations with the South African revenue and treasury authorities. He has worked on a number of international financing projects, including major mining and power projects in Africa, as well as road, accommodation, telecommunications, power and mining projects in South Africa
