Our administrative law team advises clients on all areas of administrative law and related constitutional issues.  We provide counsel to corporate clients and government agencies on the implication and interpretation of statutes, regulations, policies and subordinate legislation.  We advise on how the constitution and other statutes may affect our clients' businesses and operations.  Where necessary, we represent clients before regulatory tribunals such as the Financial Services Board, ICASA, the Council for Medical Schemes and internal tribunals. 

We provide the full range of administrative law services to local and international clients. This includes advice on transactions involving government agencies or organs of state, reviews in terms of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act and internal appeals.
